When sizing for a RockGARD, check the dimensions of the trailer side rails.
If the trailer frame side rail height is taller than 5”, you will need to add an upgraded hardware kit for proper installation. The upgrade kit can accomodate frames between 6” and 8” tall.
If the trailer frame side rail width is wider than 2” you will need the upgrade kit. The upgrade kit contains two sets of carriage bolts to accomodate trailer frame widths up to 5” wide.
There are versions for standard and XLong RockGARDS. The XLong kit contains additional mounting brackets for the XLong’s additional support poles.
