At RockGARD, we are committed to delivering durable, dependable protection for your boat. With proper installation and normal use, your RockGARD is designed to provide years of reliable performance. We warrant each RockGARD product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
Warranty Claims:
All warranty claims require the RockGARD product to be returned to RockGARD for inspection and assessment before any warranty work is approved. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product to RockGARD.
If, upon inspection, the issue is determined to be covered under this warranty, RockGARD will repair or replace the product, at our discretion, at no charge for the warranty work. If the product is found not to be covered under warranty, the customer will be responsible for all applicable repair costs, return shipping charges, and any associated fees.
